1991-1995: This is a collection of works on paper. I have of course made hundreds more, but these made it past the threshold of being worthy a website presence. I really enjoy working with aquarelle. It is very spontaneous, intimate and hard to control the outcome. The colors are see through most of the time, and layering with pencil, color and charcoal is fun and fascinating. Working on paper is a low threshold world and that's why I love it. If you mess up – you just take another paper and start again, or let it dry and work the hell out of it. All is ok. In my experience, the best works are made without really trying to hard.
